We often don’t have what we want, because we don’t ask for what we want.

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.

For everyone who asks – RECEIVES!
For everyone who seeks – FINDS!
For everyone who knocks, the door will be OPENED!

Think about it… what mother, when her daughter asks for cereal, would give her a stone? Or if a son asks his dad for a fish dinner would give his son a snake instead?

So if you, an earthly parent know how to give good gifts, then how much more will your Father in Heaven give good gifts to those who ask him?
